Service Agreement
By scheduling a service appointment with Lone Tree Appliance Repair, you agree to these terms. We provide independent appliance repair services using original manufacturer parts and factory-recommended procedures.
Independent Service
Lone Tree Appliance Repair operates independently of Sub-Zero Group, Inc. and every other appliance manufacturer. We are not a certified, authorized, or endorsed service provider for any brand. Trademarks, logos, and brand names used throughout this website belong to their respective owners and serve solely to identify the products we service. All repairs utilize original manufacturer parts and factory-recommended components.
Estimates and Pricing
We provide diagnostic assessments and cost estimates before beginning any repair work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of assessment. Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair.
Parts and Warranty
All replacement parts used in our repairs are original manufacturer parts or factory-recommended equivalent components. Parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Our labor is guaranteed for 90 days from the date of repair.
Scheduling and Cancellation
We offer same-day and next-day scheduling when available. We request at least 2 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows may affect future scheduling priority.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to our repair work.
